  • Candidates must first be a fully aligned team member to be eligible.
  • Only individuals inside the team are allowed; no outside applicants.

2.2 Course Completion Requirement

  • A candidate may only apply for the Trainer Training Program in a specific topic after completing that program themselves.

2.3 Exclusive Training Engagement

  • Trainers cannot work independently or with any other institution while part of the team.
  • All teaching, coaching, or facilitation must occur under the Founder’s guidance and lineage.

2.4 Fee Recovery & Pricing Rules

  • Team members receive a 50% discount on the Trainer Training Fee.
  • If a trainer leaves the team, they must pay the full remaining fee (original price) to gain freedom to train outside the team.
  • Any commission earned while in the team will be deducted from the remaining fee.
  • Fee Recovery Option:
    • Trainers can recover their training fee by bringing their own students or converting assigned leads.
    • 3 converted leads = 1 own student for fee recovery calculations.
    • Trainers must personally train these students; no separate commission is paid.
    • Trainers can use any combination of own students and converted leads, as long as the total number of students trained = required number.

2.5 Topic Eligibility

  • Only those who have successfully completed a course may become a certified trainer in that topic.
  • Completion ensures adherence to methodology, quality, and delivery standards.

2.6 Intellectual Property Restrictions

Certain programs, such as “Inner State Mastery”, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Founder.
